*Seattle’s Great Wheel, which extends 40 feet over the Puget Sound with incredible views of the city, was designed by JMA to accommodate 42 climate-controlled gondolas, allowing for 252 passengers at full capacity.
*Renowned as pioneers in modular design within the Northwest, JMA crafts award-winning solutions to tackle the housing crisis head on. Our track record includes designing the very first large-scale modular apartment project in Idaho, as well as developing a modular prototype in Spokane, Washington, dedicated to addressing workforce housing challenges.
*JMA is proud to have designed not just the first, but also the second LEED Certified self-storage facilities in Washington State.
